From this document, you will learn how we process personal data and obtain the information referred to in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "RODO").

To the extent provided by law, data subjects whose data we process are entitled to:

  • access to personal data,
  • to request their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
  • to object to the processing,
  • to data portability,​
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw it by any means, at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

We process personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, as detailed below:

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

As in some cases cookies may be combined with personal data, such as your name, e-mail address, we treat cookies as personal data. You can read more about the cookies we use in our Cookie Policy.​

We process your personal data for analytics, marketing and to improve our services and will process it on the basis of your consent, i.e. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO until you withdraw it. You can give your consent via the banner displayed when you access our website.

The provision of personal data is voluntary and does not affect the use of our website, with the exception of the use of essential cookies, the deactivation of which may cause difficulties in the use of the website.

CONTACT VIA E-MAIL OR CONTACT FORM

We process your personal data in order to handle your request addressed to us by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated on the Administrator's website, by name to an employee of the Administrator or by means of the contact form on the website for the period necessary to handle such a message and thereafter until the statute of limitations for claims.

We will process your personal data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest, i.e. art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO - which is to handle requests received and to provide legal protection to enable us to establish, assert or defend against claims.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, we are unable to respond to an enquiry in which it is necessary to identify you - e.g. an application for the exercise of your rights.

PROFILES ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

The administrator has a profile on the social networks Facebook and Instagram. If you observe our profile, click "Like", comment on a post or send a private message we will process your personal data.

The controller of your personal data in such a case is also Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, whose rules for processing personal data can be found in the privacy policy provided on its website.​

We, on the other hand, process the personal data of Facebook or Instagram users in order to inform you about our activities on the basis of art. 6 ust.1 lit. f RODO, i.e. the Administrator's legitimate interest in promoting its activities and to answer your questions on the basis of art. 6 ust.1 lit. f RODO, i.e. the Administrator's legitimate interest in servicing enquiries directed to us via this channel.

Your personal data will be stored until you have observed our profile and, if you have asked a question using it, for the duration of the response and then until the statute of limitations for claims.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, if you do not observe our profile or write to us via it or comment on our posts, we will not process your personal data.
